    Sonny,
    I have put $2500.00 down on a house the seller
    paid 180K for. I pay her mortgage company
    directly for a year now, and have a two year
    recorded lease option.
    The seller is two months in arrears, but the
    bank is cashing the checks for the escrowed
    mortgage each month. I have very bad credit as
    I have several vacant houses for sale. I also
    have assets and a co-signer if need be.
    Can I get financing from you for an 80K short sale?
